True Colors
i just saw the latest episode of Glee and this song at the end just stunned me.
my dad is a huge fan of both Cyndi Lauper and Phil Collins and I cant even count the number of times ive heard this song in my life. its been played in every house we’ve ever lived in, (usually while dad is doing the dishes, idk, he likes to play music loud while he does them) on every road trip we’ve ever taken (and trust me, theres been too many to count). this song is my childhood. and i remember how stoked dad was the day i put it on my iPod :)
so this Glee cast version, with Tinas voice sounding sooo much like Cyndi Laupers, is just epic. favourite out of al the songs they’ve performed so far. simply because of the memories <3
